Online Pilates Classes

As you may know, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, starting Monday 3/23 our entire schedule of Pilates classes became available as online Mat classes for the discounted price of $20 per class.

Each class runs for a 55 minutes to 1 hour, and the only difference to our in-studio classes being that the instructor will live stream directly into the comfort of your home. Don’t worry, you don’t need a reformer in your apartment! All classes will be taught as Pilates Mat Class so all you need is a yoga mat or a carpeted surface with enough room to stretch out on.

On signing up, you will receive an email with a link to the class to the email account you have on file with us.
